Job Description

  • Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality
  • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
  • Compile project specifications
  • Keep within timelines
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
  • Site visits to check on project status and report on project
  • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
  • Follow architectural trends and advancements
  • Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
  • Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
  • Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
  • Specifying the requirements for the project
  • Playing a part in project and team management
  • Charge of Shop Drawings Preparation and Co-ordination
  • Responsible for coordination with the execution stuff according the Management instructions
  • Complete compliance with delivery schedule without any delays
  • Shop Drawings as per project standards
  • 2D CAD blocks in all the architectural layout floor by floor and building by building.(Should lead draftsman)
  • Details for each and every item
  • 2D, 3D, Elevation, Section, Assembly, Selects Finishes, Material Specifications, and Wire Management
  • Details for each and every item that will NOT FIT in the area & space within the original dimensions; and the recommended solution for rectifying the same
  • Material and sample submission:? Material Data? Sample? GT? CT? TT? Other details
  • All drawings documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for Adequacy
  • Charge of Quantity Surveying
  • Self-motivated and willing to work with others towards team concepts
  • High Capability of solving critical execution problems instantly
