Key Responsibilities:

Documentation of User Requirements & End User Support:
Gather, document, and analyze user requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
Provide technical support to end users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Debug and Upgrade Existing/New Modules:
Identify and resolve bugs in existing modules and enhance them to accommodate new business functions.
Develop and integrate new modules as per the business requirements.
Requirement Analysis and Functional Specifications:
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define system requirements.
Draft detailed functional specifications for development purposes.
Modification and Custom Development:
Modify and customize user interfaces, queries, reports, and other components.
Ensure that custom developments meet the specified requirements and adhere to best practices.
Support for EBS and Report Development:
Develop new reports in Oracle EBS and provide training to users.
Offer ongoing support for EBS applications, addressing any issues that arise.
Management of Support Issues:
Handle support issues related to the Oracle domain on the service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Technology Upgrade:
Lead initiatives to upgrade technology, including transitioning to Java developer, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and other Oracle tools.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
