Application & Database Officer is responsible for managing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities for Alshaya Enterprises business applications.Responsibilities:ú Provide oversight and management to the IT Application team to deliver IT services.úÿAssesses user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in order to take advantage of available tools.ú Keeps senior technical management informed by preparing reports on system performance and problems.ú Conduct installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, network hardware and software.ú Manages cloud services obtained from relevant service providers.úÿUpgrades hardware and software by assessing transaction processing and database production options.
