Job Description

To perform and assist aesthetic and cosmetology treatments in a manner that conforms to protocol and policies established, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and providing the highest standards of patient care and safety. Responsibilities:

  • Within established guidelines, assist the doctor and beautician during treatments such as Botox, Lip Fillers, PRP, Micro-Needling, HydraFacial, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical peels, Skin rejuvenation facials and other procedures
  • Understand and use laser and other aesthetic related equipment, ensuring its proper and regular maintenance.
  • Assist with shaving and numbing the treatment area of the patient before the procedure.
  • Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and asses condition.
  • Take pre and post-treatment photos of the patient treatment area according to protocol and patient consent
  • Deliver primary care for patients and follow up
  • Coordinate with the head nurse and doctor to prepare for the treatment
  • Enhance the continuum of care to deliver comprehensive services
  • Comply with all clinical protocols and assist aesthetic services with the highest standards of care.
  • Educate patients on additional available services to promote patient loyalty
  • Keep up to date with new procedures and developments within aesthetic cosmetic treatments and services.
  • Communicate with the head nurse and receptionist to facilitate patient schedules.
  • Prepare & Maintain clean & sterilized instruments and treatment room, and assist with maintaining clean dressing rooms.
  • Deliver quality services by providing insightful and impactful solutions to complex patient issues
  • Assist with laundry and other general centre duties as necessary
  • Rapidly and effectively communicate all medical issues to the supervising Head nurse
  • Handle and support the resolution of complaints in a timely and responsive manner, including the provision of an escalation pathway when needed
  • Ensure to maintain the quality and standards of the clinic
  • Comply with the clinic?s policies, procedures and protocols
  • Comply with Kuwait?s Ministry of Health laws and regulation
