Job Description
Responsible for supervising the operations and personnel associated with processing all Retail & F&B Financing activities, including but not limited cash receipts from and refunds to third party payers to ensure payments are posted accurately and timely in line with Mohamed Naser Al ? Hajery & Son?s policies and procedures.
Ensure general policies, procedures and best practices governing the overall credit and accounts receivable operations are implemented accurately and on time.
Develop, implement and administer financial records pertaining to retail and F&B activities, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and government regulations.
Review, research and promptly solve problems with respect to established policies, billing, procedures, contractual agreements, and licensing practices.
Recommend process changes when necessary and establish best practices to improve current processes and practices.
Analyze reserve reports to ensure reserve compliance and prepare analysis and reconciliations of accounts as required.
Supervise and identify billing system tools to ensure proper payment and resolve pricing or payment issues and improve collection ratios.
Ensure proper revision and monitoring of credit sources, credit files, and project booking (job) sheets.
Create, document and provide Agendas in scheduled team Section Meetings with clear instructions for staff of any updates or agenda items including signature sign off documentation as required.
Formulate and administer financial projections and preparation of cash flow forecast to ensure that financial and operating reports accurately reflect the condition of the business.
Adhere to department schedule to meet workflow demands and work overtime as needed to ensure month end close within one business day.
Maintain current understanding of all related internal systems and processes, and external regulatory requirements. Act in accordance with all corporate policies and practices, and ensure work is in compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct management pertaining to Retail and F&B Financial activities and any issues that may arise.
