Job Description

  • Ensuring vendors get paid for services and products rendered.
  • Aiding the vendor-related issues
  • Contacting vendors and making sure of the company and third parties? good relationship.
  • Performing supervisory responsibilities.
  • Managing the processing of invoices and create monthly A/P payment Forecast Reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for quality improvement, such as working with various suppliers to automate invoice processing and payments.
  • Preparing reports required by the business.
