Apply today and be a part of this exciting journey.The Branch Supervisor will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.This position involves supervising staff, addressing customer needs, monitoring inventory, and contributing to the branch?s sales and performance targets.Key Responsibilities? Assist in managing daily branch operations to maintain efficiency and high-quality service.? Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Branch Manager to manage stockreplenishment.? Ensure salon cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with company standards.? Supervise and support salon staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and adherence to guidelines.? Assist in staff scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and minimize downtime.? Facilitate on-the-job training for new employees and ensure staff follow standard operating procedures.? Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.? Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.? Promote a welcoming and positive salon environment for both staff and clients.? Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales targets by promoting services and products.? Monitor daily sales performance and provide input for improvement strategies.? Assist in preparing daily cash flow and inventory reports.? Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.? Conduct routine checks to ensure the branch adheres to cleanliness and hygienestandards.? Support the implementation of new operational initiatives introduced by management.
