Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Reviewing and verify of invoices after issuance.
Prepare payment receipts by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement details.
Maintain general ledger by preparing trial balance, reconciling entries and performing month-end closures.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Support in monitoring and reconciling bank statements.
Coordinate for Audit related activities by providing required information and documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Support cash flow management and related reporting.
Support in preparation of accounts receivables and payables reports, along with monitoring of the same.
Perform month end reconciliation and preparing related reports.
