Ensuring accuracy of accounting data and transactions and finalization for monthly and annual closing.
Ensure that accurate bookkeeping is in place and that revenue and cost are booked in the correct time period.
Ensure that accruals and provisions are booked accordingly and calculated from time to time if the amount is still correct.
Timely and accurate execution of payments towards suppliers based on credit terms.
Performing account reconciliations and maintaining records at the end of every month.
Ensure the accuracy and booking of inventory balances and cost of goods sold.
Preparation of Fixed assets schedule and ensuring the accuracy of depreciation as per the assets? useful life.
Assisting the team for the audit of yearly financial statements and other statutory filings.
Produce internal financial reports in an accurate and timely manner for the daily work of the Finance Department.
Reconcile and check all accounts before end of month closing.
All of these procedures and documents are required to be on an accounting record file and to be stored on a regular basis.
Tracking of sales cash deposits in bank and collection.
Ensuring compliance and correct application of internal and external accounting standards and financial policies.
