Job Description

  • Prepare Reports related to sales (daily, weekly and monthly).
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • cash flow reports
  • budgets and keeping inventory
  • Prepare monthly accounting statement
  • Analyze all invoices and receipt
  • Maintain all accounting and procurement filing systems /documentation
  • Data entry for all payments done to the vendors (checks and transfers)
