Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our real estate team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local tax and financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in real estate accounting.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports related to real estate transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Monitor property income and expenses, including rental revenue and operational costs.
  • Handle VAT and other tax-related filings in compliance with Kuwaits regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for real estate projects.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and vendors on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
