Job Description

We are looking for a focused, smart, and industrious Accountant to join our growing team. As an Accountant, you will provide vital support to the Finance Team to help streamline the company& financial processes.

  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Manage all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Resolve accounts payable and receivable issues or queries on calls/emails effectively.
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records.
  • Keep updated budgets; able to handle monthly payroll disbursements and invoices and confirm expense vouchers and purchase orders.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Complete end-of-month closing procedures.
  • Utilize database management systems to maintain up-to-date record keeping of financial documents.
