Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately using accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including adjusting journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local and national regulations.
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
