Job Description

A company in the Hotel industry is looking for an AC Mechanic/ Refrigeration - Hotel IndustryPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Mechanic/Refrigeration Technician to join our hotels maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, with a strong focus on ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests. As an AC Mechanic/Refrigeration Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems throughout the hotel.Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Repairs: Inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration equipment issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  3. Preventive Maintenance: Implement a preventive maintenance program to extend the lifespan and efficiency of HVAC systems, including regular filter replacement and cleaning.
  4. System Installation: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new HVAC and refrigeration units as needed.
  5. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours calls, to address critical HVAC and refrigeration issues.
  6. Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for HVAC and refrigeration repairs and replacements.
  7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, with a focus on refrigerant handling and disposal.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including service reports and equipment histories.
