Position Summary:The Security & Compliance Analyst role supports security technologies, products, and services. The role is responsible for the monitoring of internal and external cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and the ongoing evaluation of company technical controls effectiveness. The role will engage in the detection, response, isolation and remediation of information security incidents. The role will also be a focal point for technical information security expertise, responding to company and client queries. Conduct Internal Audits for Compliance as well as liase with external parties / auditors. Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:? Assessment & Management of IT security and IT risk (e.g., data systems, network and/or web) across the enterprise. ?Serve as a key member of the company's Information Security Compliance Engagement program by supporting ongoing compliance activities and monitoring efforts. ?Conduct and Coordinate with internal and external audits. ?Develop, Assist, Enhanced policies, procedures and standards that meet existing and newly developed policy and regulatory. ?Facilitate IT security/risk training curriculum. ?Monitoring & execution of IT security function, activities and projects. ?Promote awareness of applicable regulatory standards, upstream risks and industry best practices across the organization. ?Assesses information risk and facilitates remediation of identified vulnerabilities with the network, systems and applications?Reports on findings and recommendations for corrective action.?Performs vulnerability assessments & penetration testing as assigned utilizing IT security tools and methodologies.?Identifies opportunities to reduce risk and documents remediation options regarding acceptance or mitigation of risk scenario. ?To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.?To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.?To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.?To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.?To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.?To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.?To attend safety training planned for them.
