? Fully conversant with all types of Rotating Equipment?s Maintenance and troubleshooting and should serve as Technical SPA.? Aluminum smelter experience? Exposure to spare parts management and setting up of optimum Min/Max levels for all types of Rotating Equipment.? Knowledge & exposure to PdM technology like vibration analysis / Thermography / Ultrasound / Oil analysis and ability to analyze and make corrective recommendations. Should be in a position to analyze Vibration Spectrum and make recommendation for rectification.? Experience in Static Equipment Inspection & repair work is desirable.? Demonstrated an independent ability to handle high impact/high complexity assignments is required.? Ability on creating / reviewing technical accuracy of standard work Instruction.? Demonstrated ability in achieving results and driving change is required. The position requires strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.? Fully conversant with interpreting engineering drawings, P&ID, Engineering standards specs and codes.? Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Specifications & applicable Industry Standards and Codes (eg. API, ASME).? Excellent Communication, Interpersonal & Coordination Skills.? Knowledge on PM optimization to improve PM effectiveness.? Knowledge of PC & applicable CMMS System. (Oracle eAM or SAP).? Should be well versed in Overhauling / Servicing of Rotating equipment?s like Rotary blowers, Centrifugal fans, Pumps, Screw compressors etc..? Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & actively take part in RCM Process.? Technical Assistance to Maintenance team on machinery configuration and performance.
