Position Summary:The MBD Engineer is responsible for Marketing and Business Development activities. He is considered as the focal point as far as the client is concerned and shall regularly involve in activities related to Marketing and Business Development objectives.1.Marketing & Business Development2.Leads and Opportunities Generation3.Customer awareness management4.Market information updatingMajor Responsibilities:1.Identifies all leads and opportunities relevant to the company?s business. 2.Generates leads for all Divisions of the company.?Defining all possible end users, contractors and consultants.?Identifying key personnel ?Keeping the customer database updated in CRM system.?Determining the customer?s future requirements?Scheduling customer visits, conduct presentations and seminars, taking note of the questions and concerns of the customer.3.Initiates accounting of the whole market for each of JAL products and services.4.Identifies and collects information on JAL competitors5.Develop solutions and discuss all aspects of the proposed solution with the customer.6.Initiate pilot projects where necessary and feasible.7.Performs technical presentations and promotions to customers..8.Builds customer relationship and awareness of the company?s Business Lines.9.Regularly update Customer Relationship Management report.10.Responds to customer complaints and ensure relevant departments are informed and solutions applied up to customer satisfaction.11.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys on an annual basis.12.Review & Maintain KPI13.
