Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.Duties & Responsibilities:1. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.2. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.3. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.4. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.5. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information6. Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.7. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Relationship:1. Internal ? Division Employees, Department Managers and Company Divisions.2. External ? Customers, Consultants, Sub-Contractors / Suppliers and Others as required.Performance Criteria:1.
