Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
Assist with visual merchandising and product placement to maximize sales opportunities.

Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
Positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other sales tools.
