Job Description

A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, build a talent pipeline, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  3. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including negotiating salary and benefits.
  7. Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
