Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PMO Manager; he will be responsible for overseeing and supervising various projects within the organization, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and meet the organization ObjectivesResponsibilities:1. Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.2. Monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring that they stay on schedule and within budget.3. Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.4. Provide guidance and support to project teams, helping to resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.5. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.6. Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.7. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential issues.8. Assist in the development and maintenance of project management tools and templates.9. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in project management.Preferred Candidate:1. Bachelors degree in engineering or project management.2. Master Diploma in Primavera.3. KSE membership4. Proven experience in project management, preferably in a PMO role.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.8. Experience working with project management software and tools.9. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.10. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.11. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
