Job Description

Manage all the support solutions provided to the internal clients, related to SAP HCM / SF modules and monitor the implementation using consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.Responsibilities:ÿÿStrategic:ÿ

1. Prepare annual plans and budgets to meet the BU/Departments strategic objectives.ÿ
2. Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
3. Recommend annual strategy in areas of SAP (designated portfolios) to best fit within the Group. Cost effectiveness and better solution is the aim of the strategy.

1. Lead SAP HR Business Process on Updates and innovative solutions to Improve user experience (UX).
2. Contribute to ensure improved utilization of the SAP SF module to drive cost efficiency across Alsayer Holdings Group of Companies.ÿ
3. Lead and spearhead the Implementation of the Internal Employee Alsayer Mobile App for Employee Self-service, as One STOP SHOP, with notification alerts for approvals.ÿ
4. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HR Modules covering Success Factors and ECC HCM to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.ÿ
5. Analyze the current SAP HR business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
6. Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HRÿproducts to clients for successful implementation of SAP.ÿ
7. Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
8. Manage SAP Business All-In-One implementations.ÿ
9. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.ÿ
10. Manage all the technical support provided to ASG internal clients (end users) for new SF Modules i.e. Employee Central, Job Profile Builder.
11. Act as SAP Consultant for SAP JAM Application troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, monitor system performance.
12. Provide technical support to ASG internal clients (end users) for SAP HCM FIORI applications.ÿ
13. Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices.
14. Participate as the SAP Business Process Lead in implementation of SF EC Time off and Payroll, Workforce analytics, Workforce planning.ÿÿ
15. Maintain Data consistency and integrations between HCM, SF EC, e synergy, and other SAP modules etc.
16. Create and maintain the Synchronization Integration Automation between systems.
17. Follow up with the third parties/vendor to provide required solutions for raised tickets with tracking efforts, status and prepare management reports.
18. Advise Stake Holders on scheduled updates on the SF and other HR Applications.
19. Coordinate and supervise the user training and testing scenarios on the deployed modules, systems and new IT staff training.
20. Manage SAP/SF projects to ensure successful completion, implementation and support including the technical user documentation include flowcharts, DFD and ERD with screenshots for applications and modules developed.ÿ
21. Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, monitor system performance for CEC portal.
22. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
