Schedule, coordinate and manage all birthday party and outdoor events requests.
Receive birthday parties related visitors and provide them with general information on schedules, prices, promotions and logistics.
Discuss and confirm all birthday party details, including the number of visitors, food, d‚cor and theme with the clients.
Send out necessary contracts, confirmations, and other information in a timely manner.
Monitor visitors? confirmations and cancellations and answer any event queries.
Maintain a detailed events log with feedback or complaints if any and forward the complaints to higher management.
Coordinate the timely and correct delivery of food with the suppliers.
Ensure availability and sufficiency of materials in each section to cover the daily operations.
Responsible for birthday parties petty cash and expenses report. Enhance and develop birthday parties activities, programs & guests experiences. Upsell birthday themes and add-on?s.
Provide support to payment collection in coordination with cash office.
Ensure that all policies are enforced, and tasks delegated as needed.
Check customer feedback and provide solutions to problems.
Maintain a Birthday Parties Incident Report Logbook where all incidents are recorded. Outsource outdoor events that will be suitable based on price, location, and other factors.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, including booking events, entering, and collecting payment from clients.
Coordinating the event logistics with the operations team.
Managing the financial aspects of an event such as tracking expenses and generating reports.
Develop content for event materials and work with senior graphic designer to produce.

Comply with Company?s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto.
Abide by the authorities granted to the position and achieve the KPIs if any, assigned to the position.
Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.
