Job Description

Direct Sales (Senior & Officer) - Banking ExperienceWe are currently seeking a Direct Sales Agent to join the Central Sales Department of one of Kuwaits leading banks, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by promoting and selling credit cards and loans to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing the banks profitability.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers within the designated territory.
  • Actively approach and engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs.
  • Educate customers about the banks credit card and loan products and explain their benefits.
  • Present tailored financial solutions and credit card options to potential customers.
  • Guide customers through the application process and provide assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
