Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst in Intercompany and Cost & Budgeting to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and intercompany transactions. This role will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on intercompany transactions, as well as assisting with cost and budgeting processes. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  2. Prepare and distribute monthly reports on intercompany transactions, including variances and trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to intercompany transactions.
  4. Assist with the development, monitoring, and reporting of annual budgets and forecasts.
  5. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  7. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  8. Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline intercompany and budgeting processes.
  9. Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
