Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for existing and new positions.
Develop C&B policies, procedures & process mapping in alignment with company objectives.?
Manage all employee benefits such as medical insurances, mobile connectivity services, company vehicle & other allowances etc.
Assist HR director to implement performance management system through KPIs settings, bonus and incentive schemes.
Process employee promotions/employment change of status, manpower planning & allocation and review monthly payroll and End of service calculation.
Prepare & submit weekly/monthly C&B and HR related reports and analytics as requested by management.
Review and update employee C&B details in the system and maintain high confidentiality.
Handle any other tasks as assigned and instructed by HR director.
