Description:Landscape and infrastructure Contractor, require BIM modular to arrange all BIM models Drawings 2D and 3Dwith specification integration,Our head office is in Jeddah, while our projects are all over the kingdom.Under the supervision of the BIM Manager, the Modeler/Drafter position performs a variety of design/draftingactivities to develop accurate detailed project drawings of landscape and infrastructure. The position is responsiblefor collaborating with project engineers, designers, and other project team members.Essential Duties and Functions:? Provides accurate IFC, LOD 300 details, plans, and designs of landscape and hardscape using computeraided design (CAD) or Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and software.? Interprets engineer?s sketches, specifications, and calculations to produce accurate project plans forlandscape and hardscape using specialized notations and symbols to convey instructions about materialsand assembly procedures.? Interprets architectural construction documents to provide accurate drawings and plans.? Coordinates the filing, storage, and retrieval of electronic project drawings.? Defines problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw conclusions drawing upon experience, research,and guidance from project team.? Works with a project team to achieve consistent results.? Coordinates and review shop drawings produced by outside consultants.? Prepare Revit shop drawings, Models, Family for hardscape products, fabrication, and materialsinformation integration.? Assist coordination with technical site team and other contractors BIM 360.
