?˙The overall responsibility for initiating corrective action in the event of product non-conformance.?˙Checking/verifying of daily reports for further improvement and taking corrective action if necessary.?˙Coordinate with FSTL when and where it is necessary.?˙Conduct management review meeting.?˙Supplier assurance approval.?˙Monitor the supplier performance, incorporation with FSTL.?˙Oversee the whole Processing Plant Operation from receiving birds, slaughter, evisceration, chilling, portioning, packing and storageLook after the processing plant condition in terms of facilities, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene, and personnel issues.?˙Responsible for hygiene and HACCP standards within the job responsibility?˙Responsible for process control monitoring in the processing plant (Scalder Temp., Air Chiller Temp., Packing area Temp., Blast Freezer Temp., Chilled Store Temp., Frozen Store Temp., and product temperature.)?˙Look after the cleaning and disinfection according to the SSOP.?˙Prepares daily QA Report with details of facilities inspection before the start of processing, Temperature Monitoring, personnel hygiene, cleaning and disinfection.?˙Implementation of area specific, all the hygiene and product safety procedures and make sure that all the time all the applicable instructions are being followed by staff.Other responsibilities are being done as a part of his position.
