Medical Coding Auditor1.??????Bachelor degree from an accredited college / university2.??????Minimum of two years of OUTPATIENT and IR-DRG coding experience in UAE3.??????Minimum of two years demonstrated internal audit experience on inpatient and outpatient claims4.??????AAPC/AHIMA certified coder5.??????Conduct audits on claims as per applicable criteria/methodology and as per the audit plan6.??????Generate clear, accurate and meaningful reports with reference to applicable criteria7.??????Educate the coders on the errors reviewed8.??????Ability to train the health professionals for clinical documentation improvement9.??????Collect evidences for the identified non-conformities and additional evidences where required10.??Seek where required for technical and operational support to the audit team during and after the audit
