Job Description

Our company is celebrating 40 years if presence in UAE market. One of the top 5 Agribusiness distributors in UAE. Distributors of for Multinational companies such as Syngenta, FMC, Isagro, Nissan...etc.

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and increase market share.
  • Grow portfolio of products by targeting new vendors.
  • Review the current year performance; propose the coming year annual sales target according to market and economical views in line with sales strategy and senior management vision.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow sales, improve communications, and drive brand and product and services awareness
  • Transform product positioning & mix through realignment of brands with profit targets, market trends & customer needs.
  • Enhance customer service and minimize issues and tackling them until resolved including collections.
  • Create and develop an annual department budget to help in preparing optimal cash flow under the supervision and cooperation of sales & business development manager and finance management in order to enhance accuracy and cut costs.
  • Maintain competitive positioning via regular competitive analysis, market/industry research, customer analysis and introducing new products.
  • Leverage knowledge of the industry and KPIs - Key performance indicators - to measure team performance
  • Maintain smooth communications with the team to report on performance to top management.
