Employment: Full Time Architect to fill the post of Resident engineer having UAE experience in managing building projects, and aware of the building specification and contracts.The candidate with the help of civil engineer, Electrical Engineer Mechanical engineer and Qa&QC engineers will make sure that the mosque will be constructed to the top quality and as per the specifications and the drawings of the contractShould also be able to review/comment on the contractor submitted the project schedule. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Architectural, with a min. 10 years experience, and preferable 5 years experience in UAE and should be aware of the contracts in UAE and the civil defense requirement, and Al Ain municipality rules and regulations.The candidate will lead a team of engineers and inspectors, and he should be able to communicate in English, as he will write a weekly report to follow the progress of the construction activity on site.
