Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a DOH Licensed Registered Nurse / ED Patient Flow Coordinator Nurse for their client in Al Ain, UAE, which is a multispecialty hospital.We are looking for registered nurses with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience.The role will require the nurse to coordinate the patient flow within the Emergency Department of the hospital.The ED Patient Flow Coordinator Nurse will be responsible for reducing waiting time, delays, coordinating patient admissions, transfers and discharges in line with the 3 hour patient safety standard in the Emergency Department.The ideal ED Patient Flow Coordinator Nurse would hold a DOH license, a DHA license or an MOH license as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Work experience in the Emergency Department is an advantage but is not a must.Nurses without a DOH License, DHA License or an MOH License would not qualify for this vacancy.Excellent English communication skills is a must for this job.This role is a 5 days working week with an 8 hours work shift.Salary : Aed 7,000 per month.
