We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Quality Control Analyst to be based in our Mask Production Factory in Al Ain, UAE. In this role, you will be?responsible for?providing Quality Control Inspection support for the Honeywell SPS business while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
?Ensure product quality through product and process audits
??????????Maintain and generate records in line with the Quality Action Plan
??????????Train and improve people skills on problem solving and the deployment of BIQ
??????????Capture Customer PPM, analyze root cause and drive resolutions through RCA-CA-PA
??????????Monitor and improve process capability
??????????Deploy control plan to keep process stable
??????????Implement the BIQ culture & support HOS Deployment?
??????????Drive continuous improvement using Six sigma, Lean and Kaizen methodology?
??????????Monitor the progress of corrective action in e-quality and strive for timely closure
??????????Ensure compliance to requirements of product certification audits by the customer & third parties
??????????Inward goods inspection. Testing of finished products and marshalling cabinets
??????????Calibration activity in co-ordination with calibration agency
