Conduct study for cost impact for any variation / value engineering proposed by the PM / Client.
Review and evaluate claims and payments submitted by the Contractor, for recommendation to PM and Client.
Monthly payment / interim Payment Certificate
Variations claim by Contractor.
?Changes/Variation? including, but not limited to abortive works, alternative design, Architect?s instruction, etc.
Recommend/discuss with PM (where required) for cost impact, cost analysis and cash flow.
Determine and advise PM for contra-charges amount to other parties (Subcontractor, Suppliers) for any defective of works, damages of materials and property etc.
Monitor project cash flow, comparing the forecasted and actual progress, as required by Scheduling Engineer / PM.
Prepare study for projected project completion cost schedule vs. cost of actual work.
