1. Plan work sequences of the project & determine the resources.2. In consultation with the manager, train staff and workers to enhance skill & productivity.3. Execute the project according to the project plan within the budgeted cost.4. Develop forms and records to document project activities.5. Set up, maintain records and ensure that the project information including financial records are appropriately documented and secured.6. Periodic progress reporting to management including monthly cash flow.7. Manage all project materials movement, reconciliation & handing over of spares / excess materials.8.
