We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Manufacturing Plant Manager/ Site Supervisor to be based in Al Ain, UAE.?In this role, you will leverage your teams experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas. You will prioritize team workload and drive excellent team outcomes. As a team supervisor, you will be responsible for responsible for leading the team by coaching and teaching them about lean thinking / continuous improvement, while achieving sustainable results in line with the site yearly objectives in order to deliver high impact to business results.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating production, automation, quality control, logistics control and material controls
Plan capacity demands. Hire, train and develop personnel to ensure the demands of the customer are met.
Plan and implement facility safety and EHS together with HR/HSE
