Responsibilities for Massage Therapist:1. To ensure success you need to assist guests with selecting the most appropriate services for their needs, be skilled at performing massages and ensure guest retention. Candidates should be friendly, guest-oriented and dexterous.2. Attending and participating in training sessions.3. Ensuring a clean, safe and well-organized spa facility.4. Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.5. Assisting with keeping lines clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.6. Sterilizing equipment.7. Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.8. Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.9. Providing massage services listed in brochures.10. Maintaining records and filing documentation.11. Complying with all applicable standards, rules and regulations.
