Job Description

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Assist senior baristas in setting up and closing the coffee station.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate POS system for billing and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Support with simple administrative tasks such as recording daily sales or inventory.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures at all times.
  • Attend training and contribute to improving service quality.
