Job Description:Supervise and control the preventive maintenance scheduleInspect Maintenance, repairs, and attend to routine and planned maintenance, maintenance requests.Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance as per manuals/schedules.Report regularly and directly to the mechanical engineer as required Maintain the plants and machinery to the highest standards Co-ordinate the day to day implementation of planned preventative maintenance.Ensure accurate records of all maintenance procedures are kept and up to date.Make material and labour estimates.Initiate measures to improve methods, equipment performance and quality of work.Recommends or initiates action involving promotions, transfers, disciplinary action and motivationof employees.Inspect work in process to insure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptablequality standards.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers and others concerning equipment operationsor maintenance.ISO implementation of Quality Standards.Support all corporate HSE and ensure HSE compliance for whole company and all sites to include waste management support and controlTo comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by ARH.SkillsDesired Skills:Ability to resolve complex problems and implement solutions to problems. Education:2 years vocational certificate (NCTVT) after high school from an industrial training institute Experience:Specialized in the work field + 8 years? experience in the chiller works.
