Relevant experience in˙(Hospital Construction Renovation Projects) (SEHA preferred)Qualifications:Degree in ArchitectureOthers:Responsible, Self-motivated, detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills, Hardworking and willing to learn.Previous work experience in Hospital constructions projects preferred.Major tasks, duties, and responsibilities.Typical work activities include:creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applicationsliaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projectstaking into account constraints such as town planning legislation, environmental impacts and project budgetsworking closely with a team of other professionals such as consultant, project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologistswriting and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contractsspecifying the requirements for each projectadapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during constructionplaying a role in project and team managementviewing building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.Need to make site visits and meetings with clients are frequent, so you will bewhether they are able to take on a RIBA part 1 or part 2 student, even though they are not advertising roles.Job Type: Full-time
