Job Description

we need an exceptional Head Barista / Sr. Barista to join us in our branded caf?.Our aim is to deliver an amazing experience along with a delicious taste to our customers.As a Head Barista; we are expecting you to do the following:

  • to love the coffee just like us (at Least).
  • Development of new coffees.
  • Work closely with the coffee experts in cupping, QC etc
  • Ensuring that coffee bar bar are maintained properly.
  • Having full knowledge of the coffee shop menu.
  • Having accuracy in menu charging.
  • Setting up efforts in selling food and beverages to increase the coffee shop revenue.
  • Preparing coffee and beverages as per the Coffee Shop standards.
  • Communicating clearly and properly to the Service Crew & Kitchen Crew at all times.
  • Handling the team of baristas.
Experience: Min 3 Years as Sr BaristaJob Types: Full-time, PermanentLocation:
  • Al Ain
Salary: Based on Experience.
