We are seeking a commercial manager who ideally speaks German to lead and manage high level stakeholder relationships.? You will have commercial oversight of all bids, customer and supplier contracts and review and negotiate the contract terms and conditions.? The role will also support the legal and compliance needs of the company.??The role will involve managing and advising on various the commercial areas including contract negotiation, risk and project management, bids, RFPs RFQs and financial mangement.? Experience of negotiating with third party suppliers and excellent communication, planning and organisational skills and experience of procuring across a wide range of categories.? If you have experience with Military, Aerospace, Defense and security this woud be a bonus.?
