? Consolidate the SKU wise demand for the next week to arrive at loading on each machine / line.? Finalize the schedule/sequence on each production line basis of dispatch priorities and minimum changeover/downtime requirements.? Check RMPM availability for the above-mentioned schedule & rearrange the sequence / product if there are any challenges.? Ensure requisites of production (like manpower, project work, trials) on each line & incorporate the same in the schedule.? Create Final Production batches in Oracle (through ASCP / EBS)? Link the production batches with Sales order for specific printing instruction to appear on batch ticket.? Update PE Date / Lot numbers / Barcode for all the Production batches. ? Analyze the Production Plan Compliance report of previous week & update the reasons for non-conformance in EBS to unit Supply chain.? Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO?s vision & values.
