Responsible for designing the interiors / furnishing of any new construction /building and refurbishing the existing buildings.* Based on client needs, prepares design proposal to include but not limited to o Identifying the scope of the project o Drawing and designing o Preparing cost estimation * Coordinates with contractors/furniture suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project * Supervise the design phase and the entire project from inception to completion * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor * Coordinates furniture and materials purchase with Contracts and Purchase Department * Prepares post delivery technical report ( Furnitures ) . * Coordinate with University and other authorities for taking license for buildings and for construction purposes. * Prepare responses to external other departments an clarifications with new projects, material approval, site meetings * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisorbachelors degree in Architectural engineering
