Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Operating Officer for their client in Al Ain which owns and operates a chain of clinics and hospitals.We are looking for a COO with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in an operation leadership role within a large hospital setting.The COO will be responsible for the group of hospitals and clinics within the Emirate of Al Ain and for fostering meaningful collaboration between medical staff leadership, faculty and clinical departments within the hospital group.You would plan, develop and implement improvement in hospital services and represent the hospital through various community and marketing initiatives.Develop new business strategies to improve market share, reduce costs, enhance revenues and achieve the group objectives.Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and expand the hospital groups outreach and community activities to ensure formation of effective partnerships.Assist in development of well balanced clinical, academic and research programs to attain operational and strategic success.The COO will be responsible for the overall growth of the hospitals and clinics and focus on fiscal management, clinical management, outreach strategies, internal communication, consensus building and compliance.Salary : Upto Aed 50,000 plus family benefits (salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate) Company Profile Davidson Management Consultants are a leading recruitment agency in Dubai, specializing in leadership and healthcare recruitment.The healthcare recruitment services cover recruitment and executive search services offered to hospitals, medical centers and medical universities.
