Job Description- Craft strategies for to continuously improve the profit margin for the company- Oversee the company?s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.- Provide inspired leadership company wide- Report the Group CEO on regular basis and update them on the business progress- Develop the company?s culture and overall company vision Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor local compliance with laws and regulations- Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals- Oversee day-to-day operation of the company- Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring- Represent the company in public forums with confidence- Set, monitor and report on team goals- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies- Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the company under circumstances that will enhance shareholder value- Participating in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO's leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success. - Train a high performing managerial team- Make high-quality investing decisions Skills? Interpersonal skills: CEOs need to form good relationships with other leaders in the company and get significant input from the organization so that there is little pushback regarding strategic decisions and direction.?
