Job Role: Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect medical equipment and instrumentation, including life- support equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing of clinical equipment, devices, and systems.Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions.Maintain documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures.Assist with and evaluate third-party repairs.Provide technical assistance and instruction to personnel regarding equipment operation and maintenance.Review outcome of preventive maintenance actions and make recommendations to department staff concerning improvements.Provide mentoring to other biomedical equipment technicians.May assists senior biomedical engineering technicians or supervisor with in-service educational programs on use equipment.ISO implementation of Quality Standards.Support all corporate HSE and ensure HSE compliance for whole company and all sites to include waste management support and controlTo comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by ARH.SkillsYears of Experience:Minimum 5 years? experience in maintenance of Medical equipment and in specialized area of imaging, Lab, ICU/OR Medical gas, CSSD, Dental etc.
