? Formulation and Installation of construction methods management systems.? Prepare civil / structural engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.? Prepare civil / structural engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs and tests on soil composition, land, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.? Determine project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.? Prepare feasibility study by analyzing civil / structural engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.? Review and evaluate the subcontractor ability and operation. capacity to perform the job with consonant to the International standard and specification? Initiate weekly meeting with the subcontractor, to monitor the progress of work.? Co-ordination of all engineering design function and preparation of shop drawings ? Co-ordination of project variations, drawing changes and review design calculations.? Establishment and responsibility for Project Communication with client, and sub-contractor? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.? Assure and monitored the project schedule in daily basis if the targeted timeline schedule will be meet? Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for CAPEX civil /structural new projects planning and implementation through contractors and/or in-house crew and responsible for technical negotiations with the contractors with 100% accuracy.? Update all drawings and layout for new installations of equipment's or plant & office building modifications within 15 days of completion.
