Warehouse ManagerJob Location : UAE:?Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.?Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.?Implementing operational policies and procedures.?Motivating and disciplining staff.?Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.?Assisting with deliveries where required.?Communicate with suppliers to schedule receiving.?Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods?Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads?Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely mannerRequirements:?5+ years warehouse management experience.?Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.?Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.?Proficient computer skills.?Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.?Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem solving skills.?Strong people skills?Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or Engineering
