Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining all capital and fixed assets, inventory related transactions and all inventory related month-end transactions .?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee, accounts for and monitors Raw Material transactions and tracking processes in conformance to mandated accounting standards and District Procedures.
  • Complete all forms and related journal entries for Raw material additions, adjustments, transfers and disposals.
  • Maintain and review account reconciliations related to warehouse.
  • Assist in the preparation of raw material forecasts, variance explanations and other analysis.
  • Assist sites in maintaining inventories as described in the Uniform System of Financial Records and District Policies.
  • Assist in the development of forms and other documents to facilitate Raw Material control, monitoring and reporting.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspection daily and record results.
  • Help rotate stock using wait average procedures.
